Accurate Always Announces Call Recording and Maintenance Solution for OTC Market Participants; Voxida System Helps Firms Meet CFTC Phone Record Retention Requirements

Shedding a Light on VoIP Call Recording Methods

Accurate Always is launching a website that better details the ins-and-outs of VoIP call recording. We get a lot of questions about the modalities employed and we wanted to provide a resource that has the facts, just the facts, and nothing but the facts (with a little cameo from Voxida, of course).

If you want to learn about SIP trunk recording, or active and passive interfaces, including sniffing and spanning ports, check it out. There's a section on IP voice recording software options and a list of supported IP PBX, gateways and media servers too.

We want this to be a resource to call center and governmental folks alike. If you have any questions, or need additional information added, please contact us and we'll get on it.

Call Center Agent Training, Lingo and Law

We believe education is a darned good thing. Most of our customers already frequent Voxida U, the online manager, supervisor and call center agent training resource for all varieties of customer contact centers that quality monitor and record calls with Voxida. We also offer some resources on the main Accurate Always site for the public. You can check out the section on call recording notification law and also browse our call center glossary here. If you ever have any questions about recording or monitoring calls, please feel free to contact us.

VoIP Call Recording Support - Record Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, Inter-Tel, Alcatel, NEC, Ericcson and Siemens VoIP Calls

The Voxida contact center call recording systems are known for playing well with others. In fact, it's hard to find an enterprise PBX that Voxida doesn't love, but few people know that Voxida can handle many communication protocols at once. To the non-telecom techy of us (your author included), that means that Voxida can record and monitor contact center calls from your Cisco VoIP phone system, your Avaya digital TDM PBX, radios, intercom and more (drumroll, please) in a single appliance. How's that for an overachieving multi-tasker?

More Businesses Embrace VoIP for Enterprise Communications

Hard economic times during the past several years slowed growth in the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and unified communications markets, but the trend is reversing, thanks in large part to a growing uptake among businesses, according to a new report by Infonetics Research. via www.speechtechmag.com

The tide might well be turning. More and more businesses are embracing VoIP for their primary and hybrid communications systems. While TDM still is on top, many agile organizations are also exploring SIP trunking and unified communications telephony.

Recording VoIP calls takes some planning to avoid common pitfalls and unnecessary expense. Voxida, Accurate Always' communication recording solution, is designed to accommodate VoIP, digital and analog interfaces. If you have any questions about how VoIP recording could work in your center, contact Accurate Always for more information about best practices for capturing, and monitoring, Cisco, Avaya and other trunk and station-side VoIP calls.
